Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the piece has sold out, if the price or description was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery address.
We try to show every piece and its price accurately. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and colours may vary slightly between screens.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every pincode or every order value.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address — please keep access to that mailbox secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Our jewellery
Our pieces are fashion jewellery and are not sold as precious metal or precious stone unless a listing says so explicitly. Details of metal, plating and stones are shown on each product page where we have them.
Plating wears with use. Please follow the care guidance on the product page — damage caused by perfume, water, chemicals or ordinary wear is not a defect.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
